4:10 Pre-Bell for students
4:20 PM (FHR) All Students Report to Family Homeroom–Grades 7/8 report to Homeroom before going to FHR
4:45 PM (B) Homerooms report to appropriate bus
5:00 PM Depart School
5:45 PM (P) Picnic dinner
7:00 PM Clean-up begins
7:20 PM Depart Picnic Area & Report to Hollywood Bowl
7:40 PM Students seated in the Bowl
8:00 PM Concert Begins
11:00 (B) Report to appropriate bus for ride to school
11:30 Return to SGHS—Student Dismissal(Dismissal time is dependent on the time of the show and is approximate—-students should contact parents from the bus to inform parents of arrival time back at SG)
