Application Process

  • Freshman interested in attending St. Genevieve High School must provide the Admissions Office with the following:

    • Complete the two step ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:

      • STEP ONE: Complete the online application and submit the application fee (non refundable).

      • STEP TWO: Send online recommendation and transcript request forms.

    • High School Placement Test (HSPT) Scores.

    • Personal interview

  • Current high school students interested in transferring to St. Genevieve High School must provide the Admissions Office with the following:

HSPT Prep Course

Students who score high on the High School Placement Test (HSPT) will definitely catch the attention of school admission committees and improve their acceptance chances at the high school of their choice. The test covers topics such as: reading comprehension, paragraph writing, verbal logic, number theory, solving equations, basic geometry, algebra and more.

Consider:

  • Students who take our prep-course score an average of 1 grade equivalent or higher than they did on their practice exams.

  • Average score increases are about 15% higher on each of the 5 sections.

  • Some students scored as much as 50% higher on their actual HSPT than their practice exams.

  • The test is very fast-paced; however, students who take our prep-course are 30% more likely to get through each section.
