GAME DURATION:

• 5 Minute Warm Up

• Two, 20 Minute Halves - Running Clock

• 5 Minute Halftime

• Last 2 minutes of the second half will be stop clock, ONLY if the point differential is 10 points or less.

OVERTIME:

• 2 Minute Stop Clock, 1 Timeout

• Double Overtime: First to score wins!

TIMEOUTS:

• 2 Timeouts per half. None carry over.

FOULS & FREE THROWS:

• Personal Fouls: 5 Per Player

• Team Fouls Bonus: 7th Team Foul (1 in 1) | Double Bonus: 10th Team Foul (2 Free Throws)

• We are enforcing the CYO policy regarding NO NOISE during free throws.

• Coughing, stomping or slamming on bleachers, may count as noise.

• At the referees’ discretion, players on the line may be granted an extra free throw.

JERSEYS/UNIFORMS:

HOME TEAM: White or Lighter Color Jersey

AWAY TEAM: Darker Color Jerseys

Any items not covered in our rules will follow CYO and NFHS guidelines.

• Athletes participating on your team must be currently enrolled students at your school.

• Please remind all fans to cheer positively and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.

• Coaches are responsible for fan behavior, as they serve as the primary representatives of their school.

• Any player or spectator found by SG staff or referees to be acting in a disruptive or unruly manner will be immediately removed from the court.

• For safety reasons, the general admission doorway and walkway must remain clear at all times.

• Standing is not permitted in this area.

• Please help us keep our school tidy by disposing of all trash and recyclables in their designated bins. Thank you!
